Cinnamon Honey: Cinnamon is one of the world’s favorite spices. It is a popular addition to many breakfast foods such as oatmeal, cereals, breads, baked goods and pastries. It tastes absolutely divine in our honey.
We make this spicy honey by steeping our Original Obudu (rainforest) honey with cinnamon sticks (not ground cinnamon) and star anise seeds (to add an extra earthiness to the mix). We don’t leave the cinnamon sticks and star anise in the jar, but you’ll taste their wonderful flavor pretty quickly.
Ingredients: Unprocessed honey, cinnamon sticks (strained out), star anise seeds (strained out), cloves, strained out
