Vanilla Honey: Did you know that the vanilla flavor comes from really tiny vanilla beans, which come from a vanilla pod? Pure vanilla is the second most expensive spice in the world, after saffron. We use real beans in our honey, and not vanilla extract. This gives our honey a very authentic flavor. Only the best for our customers!
We make this delicate and very tasty honey by steeping our all natural Obudu (rainforest) with real vanilla beans that we remove from the pods ourselves. One thing to note: the little beans tend to rise to the top of the honey jar after a day or so - please stir your jar before each use to keep the taste of your honey consistent.
